We are a group of medical auditors, primarily from Texas, that perform medical auditing for hospitals, insurance companies and private individuals.  We work in hospitals, office sites and even from home. We are all health related professionals with backgrounds in nursing, case management, medical records, and/or fraud investigations.

The Organization has been in existence for 24 years.  Our goal is to work together to ensure that medical bills are indicative of the services and treatments rendered.  We believe in communication, networking, and staying abreast of the many changes occurring in medical cost and reimbursements. 

We meet once a year, in the fall, for a two day seminar.  Our seminars provide learning and networking opportunities, plus CEU's are provided for both nursing and CMAS credentialing.  Topics may include but are not limited to updates on nursing practices, new supplies on the market, advancement in medical treatments, and updates on state and federal regulations, all of which enhances our auditing skills.

Because of the efforts of this organization, both internal and external auditors have developed a better working environment with a mutual respect for each other.  If you join, you will receive discounted seminar rates, a quarterly newsletter, The Observer, and a yearly membership directory.
